vintage solid brass flying eagle, finial or flagpole hardware made into desk paperweight

70s vintage (made in Taiwan) solid brass eagle, 6 1/4" tall. This easily removes from the base to use as a finial for a flagpole, or anywhere else you'd like a decorative ornament.

This has noticeable tarnish and verdigris - we've left it just as we found it. It should clean up nicely with a good polishing if you prefer your brass clean and untarnished!
