vintage wool fabric, heavy tartan plaid blanket / work shirt fabric muted red & blue

Vintage wool fabric,  5 1/2 yards of 60" wide fabric, lovely and soft! This is a plaid or tartan in muted red and blue, nice for heavy shirts, light blankets, coat lining, a kilt?

We believe this is probably a pure wool fabric, most likely English or Scottish manufacture. We have a number of other plaid wools from this estate which came from the UK.

This is in very good clean condition, from a non smoking home. We found no moth damage or other damage on this cloth.
