working 70s vintage Welby sunburst wall clock, black iron with wood rays MCM

Mod 70s vintage Welby sunburst wall clock, black painted metal with dark walnut colored wood - so retro! This is about 24 1/2" overall diameter.

It keeps good time, and is pretty nice and clean overall. There's a little dust on the rays, and some marks and spots to the face and the back. See photos.

The wood rays are 'loose', I believe it must have been made this way and it seems exactly the same on every one. They're all attached, but they wiggle a little when handled, though they're easy to straighten back into line.
