40s vintage pink flower dish w/ green leaf handle, ceramic art studio pottery USA

Vintage handcrafted ceramic dish shaped like a flower, underglaze painted rose pink and green. This is dated 1946 on the bottom.

It's about 8" long overall, about 6 3/4" across the flower. There's a chip to the flower rim, touched up with paint many years ago, and not very noticeable.
