mid-century brutalist metal art figurine, crudely carved brass decoy mini duck

Interesting vintage brass duck, solid and very heavy, perhaps a weight of some sort? It's just 3 1/2" long, with a roughly carved shape, hand machined and not molded, I think. Not marked or signed at all.
