old antique brown transferware English ironstone semi-porcelain china footed bowl

Heavy semi-porcelain china bowl with a lovely footed shape and brown transfer ware primrose floral pattern. This is Mellor, Taylor & Co. made in England. It's 6" in diameter.

There's no chips or cracks to this piece, but it's very spotted with brown iron spots 'foxing', and there's some finish wear and discolored crazing as well.
