vintage English china creamer, old engraving bridge w/ swan scene, tiffany blue border

Made in England vintage china cream pitcher - I don't know the pattern name or maker on this one. It's a scenic view with an arched bridge and swan, probably from a Victorian era engraving, I think. The transfer is a muted grey with border in tiffany blue, so pretty! Measures about 5 1/2" long x 3" tall. Condition is excellent, no damage or wear.
