large vintage pierced brass bowl w/ flowers, niello style colored enameled brass

Indian enameled brass bowl with ring of flowers, really lovely! This is 1970s or maybe early 80s vintage, I believe.

It measures 9 3/4" across the rim of the bowl. It's in good clean condition very little wear to the colored enameling.
