signed art pottery, vintage sgraffito jug or stein, incised brown/green pattern

Large sgraffito pottery stein or jug, 5 1/2" tall, green glaze incised to shown the brown beneath. It's in excellent condition, and beautifully detailed.

This is hand-signed, though we can't make out the signature clearly, and we haven't been able to find out very much information about this piece. European, or Pennsylvania Dutch, more likely than Native American? We know it's at least 20 years old, though it could be much older.
