antique French field glasses, Marchand Paris binoculars steampunk vintage

Non-working antique field glasses... these are beautiful to look at, but they need some restoration as they don't focus properly, and there's leather missing from the brass housing.  These binoculars are marked Marchand - Paris, and measure 5 1/2" long, perfectly sized for pocket field glasses.
