vintage Scotty dog print cotton kitchen towel, Scotties w/ red plaid

Vintage printed cotton dish towel, tea towel size (about 15 1/2" x 28"). The fabric is nice and thick with a linen like weave, a Startex or similar?

There are no rips or holes, and colors look very good without fading. This does have some yellowing and spots, we haven't washed or soaked it.
