more photos of this product belowVintage English ironstone china platter, marked with a crown mark John Maddock &Sons backstamp.
According to thepotteries dot org, this Maddock backstamp was used after 1906, 'the name Royal Semi Porcelain was used on white ironstone ware which seemed to be produced mostly for export'. (I highly recommend this site if you're into old china!)
This is about 13" long overall, showing wear and use as you'd expect on a piece of more than 100 years old. No chips or cracks.
