Vintage R H Forschner / Victorinox chef's kitchen knife with a full tang, heavy, curving blade.

This is out of an estate here in Wisconsin 'cheese country' but we're not certain that it's a cheese knife, may be a butchering knife as sausage making in very popular here, too!

It doesn't look as though it's been used very much at all for any purpose, it's clean and sharp. Measures 10" long down the blade.
