Vintage crockery cookie jar, 1930s or 40s, cold painted roses on the front. This is a USA piece, but I'm not sure of the maker... Monmouth? Ransburg? No makers marks.

It measures about 9 1/2" tall overall, 6 1/2" in diameter. There's a little wear to the red and green paint. Stoneware jar and lid look good, nice and clean, no chips or cracks.
