heavy solid brass bird cage, vintage decorative birdcage hanging pot planter holder

Nice heavy solid brass bird cage for decorative / display use, to hold plants or a stuffed bird. This is made in India, probably 1970s or 80s?

It's 6" in diameter, cage about 6 1/4" tall, about 11 1/2" tall including the hanger ring. It's in very good clean condition without damage.
