1950s vintage cotton shirting, woven checked plaid 4 yards 35-36 wide

Mid-century vintage blue / brown / grey woven cotton shirting, packaged as a Sew Thrifty dress length, 4 yards of 35" or 36" wide material. This is still in the original cellophane, with tip sticking out to feel the fabric. It's soft yet crisp, very nice, we think!

The fabric looks as though it's in excellent condition, no sign of fading or spots. The cellophane package is yellowed, looks brittle.
