antique metal canister tin w/ stencil flower on original black paint, vintage farmhouse

Turn of the century (circa 1900) metal canister tin with original painted finish, silver grey and gold on black. This is pleasingly worn, a great old patina.

It measures about 7" in diameter x 8" tall. Hinge at the back of the lid is broken, but lid still fits snugly, and goes on and off easily.
