antique pastel landscape, miniature seascape painting in original old wood frame

Early 1900s vintage sea scene print (originally worked in pastels, I think?) It's in a antique wood frame period to the piece, though the glass is broken, and we'll be removing the glass before shipping this item, for safety reasons!

This measures just 8 1/4" x 6 1/2" over the exterior edge of the frame, it's a lovely small piece. It's marked as shown, we haven't been able to track down anything at all about the artist on this one.
