antique vintage desk set w/ blotter, slag glass? tinted alabaster or marble?

Beautiful very old desk set - a card holder for a 2 1/2" long card, a pen holder , an ink blotter. We love the card holder, especially!

We're not sure if this set is slag glass or colored alabaster, though we're inclined to believe the latter based on the wear to the edges of these pieces. The glass or stone has no cracks or large chips, but does show rubbing to the edges as you can see.

There's wear to the gilt colored finish of the metal hardware and fittings from use, but we think it adds to the charm of this set. It's an antique original, and looks it.
