hand-crafted bone handled tin spoon, serving utensil w/ inlaid handle

We aren't sure of the exact age or origins of this piece... it's a tin spoon with bone handle, decorated with colored inlay pattern.

It's most likely from Africa, we think? It's not marked that we could find. Measures 7 1/2" long end to end, it's in excellent condition.
