40s 50s vintage floral still life watercolor, artist signed w/ gallery notes

Large and lovely old original watercolor painting, pencil signed by the artist Lois Munn, including a hand-written note to the recipient of the picture, and gallery brochure with a showing of her pieces period to this work.

This artwork doesn't seem to be titled, though we believe it's out of the same gallery collection - possibly #19, Spring Flowers? It's undated, 1940s or 50s, and never been out of the Munn family.

The picture is framed under glass, and measures 26" x 30" over the frame, 18 1/2" x 22 1/2" over the picture. The frame has some scuffing, and the paper backing has been torn away from the back of the frame.
