vintage metal litho picnic basket hamper tin, red & blue plaid print

Vintage metal picnic hamper with red and blue tartan plaid print. The tin measures 13 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 10" deep, and has a hinged lid to cover.

It's very shabby, with wear to the finish inside and out, and painted name on the lid (Bowie). There are some short stress cracks and bends to the metal handles, too. But we so seldom see these in the blue plaids, we were delighted to find this one, even though the condition could be better!
