solid brass lamp finial Federal eagle, vintage American country colonial style hardware

60s or 70s vintage solid brass lamp finial, a flying eagle. This fits the included bulb clip on, or could be unscrewed to fit on a lamp with a center rod finial mounting.

The eagle figure is about 3 1/4" tall, and has a lovely patina of tarnish. It's not American made brass (this is marked Hong Kong), but it's a decent piece in very good condition.
