vintage Westmoreland cobalt blue glass dog w/ rhinestone eyes, Frenchie or bulldog

Tiny glass dog figurine (about 2 1/2" tall). This is marked with the Westmoreland WG mark.

It's a Frenchie or a bull dog, I think? It's in very good condition, very fierce with those sparkling eyes!
