vintage ceramic aquarium fish tank ornament, figurine w/ do not disturb sign

Unmarked old ceramic fish tank ornament... not sure if this is USA made or made in Japan, but it's super cute, and just might stop onlookers tapping on the glass all the time! It's about 4 1/2" tall, used, showing light mineral deposits and a few little glaze chips.
