1930s vintage Miller work table lamp w/ pivot, industrial metal helmet shade
more photos of this product belowVintage 1930's cast metal desk or work table light, marked Miller on the steel shade. (This we think is from the Edward Miller lamp company, known for originating the gooseneck desk lamp with this same metal helmet shade. Not connected in any way to Herman and Howard Miller, that we know of!)
The lamp measures about 13" tall, has a late 40's electrical cord and bakelite plug which we think is not original to the lamp, but was a replacement from the same period when the lamp was given a coat of glossy brown paint. The paint has some chipping and wear, but the cord looks good and works.
