antique Wedgwood china tea service waste bowl or covered biscuit jar, rope handles

intage transferware china waste jar or biscuit jar? Measures 7 1/2" tall overall, and has lovely rope shaped handles.

This is marked S B & Son, with an anchor mark, and also what appears to be Wedgwood? We haven't been able to discover much about the SB, or the anchor stamp, and do not know the age of this piece, though it must be close to 100 years old, if not older?

The china has some wear and staining, also a few fleabite chips.
