Victorian antique copper lusterware mug w/ tulips relief design, 1800s vintage

Late 19th century vintage copper lusterware mug with tulips floral pattern, hand painted. This has a lovely large chunky shape, 3 3/4" tall, almost 4" across the rim.

No makers marks, though I believe this is probably English. It's in very good clean condition, no chips or cracks, no noticeable wear.
